Edit:Rešio sam problem,imao sam rezervnu kopiju foldera settings.php....Bez_nika,veliko hvala

da nisi editovao fajl u nekom nestandardnom editoru koji je nesto pomesao(recimo notepad i sl...)

Meni se čini (nisam siguran) da i dreamweaver totalno rasturi fajl, ne možeš više taj deo koda da nadješ. Ustvari, siguran sam. 
Ja uvek koristim notepad2 i bez problema.
