Imao sam neku havariju na serveru i sada me docekala poruka u admin delu na joomli sledece sadrzine :

    * PHP register_globals setting is `ON` instead of `OFF`

iliti pomocu .htaccess-a ovako:
 
otvori .htaccess pomocu nekog editora npr. notepad te dodaj ovo:

php_flag register_globals 0

iliti otvori global.php te postavi da bude ovako define('RG_EMULATION', 0 )
