configuration.php UnwriteableOvaj fajl ne mogu da nadjem u public_hmtl folderu

I na kraju instalacije mi izbaci gresku sa ponudjenim kodom koji treba da zamenim u configuration.php fajlu (valjda u njemu), ali i kad sam zamenio pokazuje mi gresku ka bazi.
